Orders
The Bath Nook typically processes orders within 1-2 days upon receipt of your order. To avoid delay in processing your order carefully review the shipping address, and contact information that you provide during check out. Please choose your product(s) carefully before making your purchase.

Payment Options
The Bath Nook accepts all major credit cards through PayPal (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover). You are not required to have a PayPal account for credit card payments. We gladly accept check or USPS money orders. If you are paying with a check or money order please use the mail-order form. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen checks or money orders mailed via USPS.

Shipping
At this time, all orders ship via US Postal Service. Depending on your location, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for shipping time. The Bath Nook cannot ship to a PO Box. At this time, we do not offer local pickup at our business.

International Shipping
The Bath Nook is delighted to ship packages internationally. All international orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail International® Flat Rate Option.

Shipping rates depend on destination and size of package. If additional shipping cost is required, we will contact you immediately by email.

International customers are responsible for any duty, tax, or brokerage fees. The Bath Nook is not responsible for packages refused or damaged due to customs rules, and we are unable to issue refunds or replace your order. Please allow adequate shipping time for all international orders. "Free shipping on orders over $50" does not apply to international orders.

The Bath Nook accepts PayPal payments only on all international orders.

Cancellations
We are unable to cancel your order once your package has shipped.

Returns
Due to sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns. If you provide an incorrect address, refuse shipment, package is non-deliverable, or returns due to customer error, you are responsible for the original shipping charge and/or reshipping charge.
