Orders
The Bath Nook typically processes orders within 2-3 days upon receipt of your order. To avoid delay in processing your order carefully review the shipping address, and contact information that you provide during check out. Please choose your product(s) carefully before making your purchase.

Payment Options
The Bath Nook accepts all major credit cards through PayPal (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover). You are not required to have a PayPal account for credit card payments. We gladly accept check or USPS money orders. If you are paying with a check or money order please use the mail-order form. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen checks or money orders mailed via USPS.

Shipping
At this time, all orders ship via US Postal Service. Depending on your location, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for shipping time. The Bath Nook cannot ship to a PO Box. At this time, we do not offer local pickup at our business.

APO/FPO Shipping
The Bath Nook is delighted to ship packages to APO/FPO. Please include the service member's full name, unit number, PSC, or CMR number and APO/FPO, and the nine-digit ZIP CODE. APO/FPO orders will ship via Priority Medium Flate Rate Box.

International Orders
For customers outside the U.S., please email your order to orders@thebathnook.com. To avoid delay in processing your order carefully review the product description, quantity, ship to name, shipping address, and contact information that you provide. You'll receive an invoice within 1 business day. The Bath Nook accepts PayPal payments only on all international orders. Payment must be received in our office before your products ship. Please allow adequate shipping time for all international orders.

International customers are responsible for any duty, tax, or brokerage fees. The Bath Nook is not responsible for packages refused or damaged due to customs rules, and we are unable to issue refunds or replace your order.

Cancellations
We are unable to cancel your order once your package has shipped.

Returns
Due to sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns. If you provide an incorrect address, refuse shipment, package is non-deliverable, or returns due to customer error, you are responsible for the original shipping charge and/or reshipping charge.
