While I worked as a virtual assistant in 2006, I decided to target handmade beauty products manufacturers after learning that many of them didn’t have enough time to manufacturer their products and keep up with the administrative tasks that was involved with their business. I spent countless hours learning about the handmade cosmetic industry in efforts to service my clients on the administrative side.

The more time I spent learning about the industry the more fascinated I became with the process of handmade beauty products. I knew that I wanted to switch fields even before I made my first batch of soap. In the fall of 2008, The Bath Nook was born.
 
l have learned the significance of great skin care and the benefits of natural ingredients that each product created by The Bath Nook will be made with natural ingredients and extraordinary fragrances.

GLUTEN FREE
After a customer purchased a product with oatmeal, it was brought to my attention the affect wheat, rye, barley and oatmeal has on people with Celiac Disease. Within the very short time of learning about Celiac Disease, I decided to create gluten free products. All ingredients are confirmed that they are gluten free, manufactured in a 100% gluten free facility, and not processed on the same piece of equipment as products that contain gluten. New equipment was purchased to ensure there will not be any cross-contamination, and products are manufactured in a separate room.
